A bright ruby red wine, with forest fruits on the nose, intense and persistent. Clean and tangy on the palate, finishes with a delicate hint of orange peel.
Fantastic with 'tagliatelle' (ribbon-like pasta) with tomato sauce, clams with tomato sauce, delicate white meats, casseroled rabbit and trout with steamed vegetables.
Serve at 15-16°C (59-61°F).
